ORANGE SHERBET SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange jello
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 sm. can mandarin oranges (drained), chopped
1 c. boiling water (or juice from pineapple and oranges)
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 pt. orange sherbet

Heat liquid (1 cup) and dissolve jello; add marshmallow, pineapple, oranges; add orange sherbet. Allow to partially set. Whip the cream and fold in. Allow to set until firm.
