BARBEQUE RIBS 
3-4 lbs. pork ribs cut in pieces
1 lemon, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 c. catsup
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 c. water or fruit juice

Brown ribs in 450 oven; cover with lemon, onion and sauce. Bake uncovered at 350, basting every 15 minutes for 3 1/2 hours. Ribs will be black and sauce will be very thick. If you have a pan with a non-stick surface, use it!!
