POTATO CHIP CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter, melted
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, cubed
1 lb. (16 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped onion
8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
Potato chips

Let hash browns thaw about 15-20 minutes. Mix all ingredients together except potato chips. Put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan and top with crushed potato chips. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
