1 pkg. yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
2 tbsp. oil
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry or blueberry pie mix

Reserve 1 cup of cake mix. Blend rest of cake mix with 1 egg and the oil until crumbly. Press into 9"x13" pan. Blend the 1 cup of cake mix, cream cheese, sugar and 3 eggs; beat 1 minute. Slowly add milk and flavoring, pour over crust. Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 300 degrees. Top with pie filling and Cool Whip.
