KING RANCH CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cut up
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 can Rotel tomatoes, with chiles chopped

Boil chicken and debone. Cook onion and bell pepper in 2 cups chicken broth. Add tomatoes, cooked chicken and soups layer in long pan. Tortillas, chicken mix and cheese. Top with cheese. Bake at 350-400 degrees.
