KING RANCH CASSEROLE 
1 chicken or 1 pkg. chicken breasts
1 can green chilies, roasted, chopped & peeled (4 oz.)
1 lg. onion
1 pkg. flour tortillas, lg.
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
3 cans mushroom soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Cook chicken and remove bones and cut into bite-size pieces. Saute onions, combine soups and cheese (not cheddar) in large saucepan. Add chilies, chicken and onions. Cut tortillas into pieces. Layer tortillas, soup mixture and bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top about 5 minutes before it is finished baking. Serves 8.
