CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. chicken, cooked & diced
1 c. celery, cooked & diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. onion, grated
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 to 2 cans water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
1 sm. pkg. sliced almonds, blanched

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except cornflakes and almonds. Pour into 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Top with corn flakes, then almonds. Bake approximately 30 minutes.
