OLDE ENGLISH TEA CAKES | |
3 c. flour 3 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and cream until light and creamy. Add vanilla and blend in. Add dry ingredients and mix. Drop by teaspoon. Touch top of cake lightly with cloth covered glass dipped in sugar. Bake 9 minutes at 350 degrees. |
