KIMBO'S PEPPER STEAK 
2 lb. round steak, cut into 1" strips
2 tbsp. oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
Water
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cloves, chopped garlic
1 onion into rings
1 bell pepper
2-3 stalks celery
1 can mushrooms
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Hot rice
1/4 c. water

Brown steak in oil. Pour off drippings and add water to make 1 cup. Combine with soy sauce, sugar, pepper and garlic and add to meat. Cover and cook slowly 45 minutes. Add vegetables and cook 15 minutes. Combine 1/4 cup water and cornstarch and thicken. Put noodles on top add water chestnuts if desired.
