PEPPER STEW 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, cut in rings
1 lg. green pepper, cut in rings
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can Mexican style sweet corn
1/2 c. chili sauce
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. mustard (plain or Foreign)

Mix the first three things. In a large frying pan saute the onion and pepper rings, not much just enough to break their spirit. Add the meat mixture, mess it about a bit, and cook until browned. Add garlic and corn and simmer 15 minutes. Add chili sauce and mix lightly, recover and simmer another 10 minutes.
