BUTTERMILK CUSTARD PIE 
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted and cooled
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. nutmeg

Blend together sugar, flour, egg yolks, butter and vanilla. Gradually stir in buttermilk. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
