BROWNIE CAKE 
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour milk (1/2 c. milk + 1 tsp. vinegar)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Bring butter, cocoa, and water to a boil. Mix together and add flour, sugar and salt, stirring to remove lumps. Remove from heat and add sour milk, soda, vanilla and eggs, stirring until smooth. Pour onto prepared cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter; add cocoa and milk and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add sugar, stirring until smooth. Add nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly over hot cake.
