1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg

Mix and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix the following together and pour over cake mixture in pan:

8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
