EASY DEEP DISH PIZZA 
3 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. water
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms. Gently smooth dough into ball on floured surface. Knead 20 times. Pat dough on bottom and up sides of pan with floured hands.

Cook and stir ground beef, onion, salt, and garlic until beef is brown; drain. Mix tomato sauce and Italian seasoning; spread evenly over dough. Spoon beef mixture evenly over sauce. Top with mushrooms, green pepper, and cheese. Bake until crust is golden brown, about 20 minutes.
