STRAWBERRY RHUBARB MARMALADE 
5 c. rhubarb, cut 1 inch pieces
1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
4 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello

Combine rhubarb, pineapple and sugar and let stand 30 minutes. Bring slowly to boil and boil for 12 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in Jello. Fill jars and seal.
