CORN DOGS 
2/3 c. cornmeal
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 to 3 tbsp. sugar
1 egg - slightly beaten
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 to 2 tbsp. oil
3/4 c. milk
1 lb. wieners

Combine dry ingredients; cut in fat to crumbs. Combine egg and milk; add to dry mixture. Stir until mixed. Insert wooden skewers into wieners; dip into cornmeal mixture. Fry in deep fat, heated to 325 degrees. (Wieners should be dry and cool.)
