2 loaves frozen bread dough 1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant) 1/2 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. cinnamon Pecans or walnuts (about 2 c. chopped) Thaw bread dough. Butter 9x13x2 inch pan and put nuts in bottom of pan. Make 1 1/2 inch balls (size of walnuts) using dough of 1 loaf of bread, and put them on top of nuts. Melt butter and remove from heat. Add brown sugar and mix well. Add vanilla pudding, then mix in cinnamon and milk. Pour this over bread and nuts in pan. Make 1 1/2 inch balls from second loaf of bread. Use these to fill in empty spaces in pan. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. Let rise until double in size. Bake at 350 to 360 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Turn pan upside down when done. |
