MEATBALLS WITH SAUCE 
MEATBALLS:

2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. parsley flakes
2 eggs
1/3 c. ketchup

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce (or may use grape jelly in place of cranberry sauce)
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients for meatballs and shape into small size (small enough for toothpick eating, if desired). Cook and drain excess grease. (May freeze to use at a later time.) Mix sauce in a bowl (or heat slowly over low heat) and pour over meatballs. Simmer at least half an hour before serving.
