DRESSING: (Dianne's)
1 c. apricot nectar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
2 tbsp. melted butter

Cook as for white sauce, then cool. whip 1 cup whipping cream (or use 2 cups Cool Whip). Fold together.
