Filleted chicken, breast (1 per serving)
Sliced zucchini
Sliced onion
Dijon mustard
Mushrooms

Place chicken on top of foil, spread Dijon mustard on top of chicken, then place zucchini, onion and mushrooms on top of chicken. Wrap in foil, folding over and make center seam on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, or until chicken is done. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired before serving.
