1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. oatmeal

Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs, peanut butter, and vanilla and mix. Then add flour, salt, soda, and oatmeal. Spread on greased large cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until done. Frost with peanut butter frosting or chocolate frosting.

PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING:

1/2 c. peanut butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
Milk to thin

Beat until smooth.
