BATTER FRIED SEAFOOD 
Pancake mix
Water
Old Bay seasoning
Parsley
Seafood
Oil for frying

(Halibut is commonly used, but boneless fish, chicken, sliced carrots, onion rings or green pepper slices can be used).

Prepare pancake batter as per instructions, adding a little extra water to make the batter just a little bit thinner. Season the batter with Old Bay (seasoned salt or other seasonings can be substituted) and parsley. Cut meat or vegetables. Dip into batter. Fry in hot oil, turning when necessary, until golden brown.
