CHERRY-BERRY ON A CLOUD 
"CLOUD":

6 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. sugar

"TOPPING":

2 c. heavy cream
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 tsp. lemon juice

Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until stiff. Add sugar a few spoonfuls at a time. Spread in buttered 9x13 pan. Bake 1 hour at 275 degrees. Leave in oven over night.

Beat heavy cream until almost whipped cream consistency. Add softened cream cheese, lemon juice and sugar gradually, blending well. It should get stiffer with this added beating. Add miniature marshmallows. Spread on the "cloud". Chill 12-24 hours.

Combine 1 can cherry pie filling and 10-ounce package frozen strawberries (thawed). Spoon this over top as you serve. Serves 12.
