CHERRY BERRY ON A CLOUD 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 can cherry pie filling

MERINGUE:

6 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar

Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar, cream of tartar, salt, and vanilla. Beat until stiff. Butter 9 x 13 pan. Pour meringue in pan and place in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Turn oven off and leave meringue in oven overnight.

Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and whipped cream. Fold in marshmallows. Pour over meringue. Refrigerate. Pour cherry pie filling or other flavor over before serving.
