CUSTARD CHEESE PIE 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
1 c. evaporated milk

Beat cheese and egg yolks and flour, gradually blend in milk and vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff, add them last, folding in well. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 350 degrees until firm.
