NEVER FAIL CUSTARD CHEESE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. of vanilla
2 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
1 c. evaporated milk

Make 9 inch pie crust. Refrigerate while making filling. Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolks, salt and flour. Blend well.

Gradually blend in milk, evaporated milk and vanilla. Beat egg whites and add them, folding well. Pour into chilled crust and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, 375 degrees for 15 minutes and at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
