JESSIE'S CHEESE CAKE 
DOUGH:

1/4 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda, mixed with the flour

Mix all, using pastry blender. Spread dough in pan using fingers.

CUSTARD:

1/2 lb. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 med. size can crushed pineapple
Sprinkle of cinnamon

Beat together first 7 ingredients using low speed of mixer. Drain can crushed pineapple. Spread on top of dough. Pour custard over all. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 325 degrees, use glass pan, 13"x9". Bake 45 minutes or until custard is set.
