PEACH CAKE 
6 c. sliced peaches
2 1/4 c. sugar
9 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter

CUSTARD:

2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. cream

CRUST:

3/4 c. butter
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix fruit, let stand while mixing crust ingredients, press crust ingredients into 9 x 12 cake pan, coming up sides of pan 1/4 to 1/2 inch. Put fruit mixture onto crust and cover with custard. Bake until mixture sets and browns 350 degree for 30 to 35 minutes.
