GUACAMOLE SOUP - COLD 
2 med. avocados
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. seasoned salt
Dash of red pepper sauce
1 med. tomato, chopped

Cut avocados lengthwise into fourths; remove pits and peel. Place avocados, water and milk in blender container, cover and blend until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until chilled. Garnish each piece with lemon slices, if desired. Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings. 115 calories per serving.
