CHERRY ICE CREAM 
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c milk
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 qt. cream
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thick. Scald milk; slowly pour into egg mixture, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved. Cool. Chop cherries. Combine cherries with egg mixture and all remaining ingredients. Freeze in ice cream maker. 1 gallon.
