1 c. all purpose flour
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 lb. sweet sausage
Salad oil

Beat eggs and milk until blended. Beat in flour, salt, oregano until smooth. Let stand 30 minutes. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Prick sausage, place in baking dish and brown in oven 15 minutes.

Pour batter over sausage and bake 40 minutes. Serve at once. 6 servings.
