TOASTED BUTTER PECANS 
1 lb. pecan halves (4 c.)
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. seasoned salt

Put pecan halves in 4 cup glass measure, sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cut butter into 4-5 pieces and arrange evenly on top of pecans. Place in microwave, cook 5-6 minutes. Toss to evenly distribute butter. Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm or cold, also may be reheated. Yield: 1 pound.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
