SEAGRAPE DRESSING 
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. Chablis (or other dry white wine)
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. orange juice
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 clove garlic, minced

Blend well and bring to a quick boil. Chill. May be served on salad greens or fruit salad.
