FRUIT SALAD WITH BOILED DRESSING 
24 lg. marshmallows, cut in fourths
2 juicy apples
1 lg. can pineapple
6 oranges

DRESSING:

1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
Dash of salt
2 tbsp. pineapple juice
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Cut fruit and marshmallows in small pieces and chill.

DRESSING: Beat eggs; add pineapple juice, sugar, salt and butter. Cook in double boiler until thick. Cool. Fold in whipped cream and mix with the fruit.
