GOLD COAST SALAD DRESSING 
1 c. (8 oz.) creamed cottage cheese
1/4 c. frozen concentrated orange juice, thawed, undiluted
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt (opt.)

Put all ingredients into blender container. Cover and process at high speed until smooth and creamy. Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
