SEVEN VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can Le Seur Peas
1 can white whole kernel corn
1 can French style green beans
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped
Drain all vegetables

Mix and pour over drained vegetables.

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
Pepper

Let stand over night. Keeps 2 weeks. Stir well daily. Serves 15 to 20.
