1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can anchovies, chopped

Mix all ingredients together. Very good over pasta salad.
