CALIFORNIA COWBOY STEW 
1 lb. chicken breast, skinned, boned & cut in 1" cubes
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 qt. chicken stock
1 potato, cut in 1" cubes
2 tomatoes, cut in 1" cubes
2 carrots, cut in 1" cubes
1/4 lb. green beans, cut in 1" lengths
1/4 lb. spaghetti, broken in 1" lengths

Mix flour and spices in shallow bowl or paper bag; toss chicken pieces in mixture to coat well. Brown chicken in the olive oil, remove and set aside. Add all the rest of the ingredients and cook until the vegetables are done; add the chicken pieces and warm through.
