ITALIAN CHEESE CAKE 
3 lb. ricotta
8 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
Peeled orange
Handful of almonds
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. galliano wine
3/4 c. amaretto
1/8 c. grand marnier

Fold all ingredients into creamed ricotta. Bake 1 hour and 45 minutes at 375 degrees in greased pan (deep) or a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with almonds.
