CHOCOLATE PIZZA 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 lb. white almond bark
1 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. peanuts
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (6 oz.) jar red maraschino cherries, cut in half
2 tbsp. green maraschino cherries, drained & quartered
1/3 c. flaked coconut
1 tsp. oil

Melt chocolate with 14 ounce almond bark. Microwave 2 minutes on defrost; stir. Continue microwaving 1-2 minutes until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in cereal and peanuts. Add marshmallows and mix well.

Pour into greased 12 inch pizza pan. Top with cherries. Melt remaining 2 ounces of almond bark with oil in 1 cup glass container in microwave and drizzle on pizza. Chill until firm. Store at room temperature. I prefer to make either 4-6 inch round pizzas or 12 (4 inch) round pizzas. Great for Christmas presents wrapped in colored saran wrap.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
