VINEGAR TAFFY | |
4 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. vinegar Boil to hard-ball stage. Pour in buttered pan. Cool until you can handle it. Rub hands with butter before pulling. It will turn a beautiful creamy white. Cut into pieces and wrap individually with foil or wax paper. Store in airtight can. This recipe is lots of fun for kids, not so much fun for Mom. Be a good sport and try it anyway. |
