WHITE APPLE BROWNIES 
2/3 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped apples

Cream butter, sugar and eggs; add dry ingredients. Stir in apple and nuts. Bake in a greased 8 x 12 inch pan, 30-35 minutes. Do not over bake. Cut in squares. When cool, roll in powdered sugar.
