GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
6 slices bacon
2/3 c. vinegar
Onions and chives, desired amount chopped
1 beef bouillon cubes
5 to 6 potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Peel, cube and boil potatoes until tender. Fry bacon slices. Dissolve bouillon cube in warm vinegar. Drain potatoes. Mix in large bowl potatoes, crumbled bacon, onions, chives, salt and pepper. Stir in vinegar and bouillon mixture. Serve warm.
