14 CARAT CAKE 
2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. finely grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (#8 1/2) can crushed pineapple, drained
3 1/2 oz. flaked coconut

Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add sugar, oil and eggs and mix well. Add carrots, pineapple, nuts and coconut and blend thoroughly. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
