HOT FUDGE SUNDAE CAKE 
1 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hottest tap water

Heat oven to 350°F. In ungreased square 9x9x2-inch pan, stir in flour, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt. Mix in milk, oil and vanilla with fork until smooth. Stir in nuts. Spread evenly in pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar mixed with 1/4 cup cocoa. Pour hot water over batter. Do not stir! Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes.
