JELLO MOLD 
2 pkg. (3 oz.) orange Jello
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drain well
1/2 to 1 c. celery diced fine
1/2 to 1 c. sharp shredded cheddar cheese
1 sm. carrot, grated

Mix Jello according to package. Set to cool until just about set. Then add well drained pineapple, celery, and cheese. Pour into a ring mold. Chill until set.
