OFF THE SHELF CASSEROLE | |
3 tbsp. Crisco 1/3 c. chopped onion 1/3 c. chopped green pepper 3 c. cooked spaghetti 1 c. chopped meat (cooked) 1/2 c. mushrooms, any variety 1 c. tomato soup 1 c. grated sharp cheese Brown onion, mushrooms, and green pepper in melted Crisco. Combine these and other seasoning with spaghetti, chopped meat, and tomato soup. Place in 2 quart casserole which has been rubbed with Crisco. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) about 30 minutes or until cheese is brown. Serves 4. |
