WHISKEY CAKE | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 4 eggs 1 c. flour 1/2 c. oil Mix together. Fold in 1 cup nuts. Batter will be very stiff. Bake cake in 9 inch ungreased tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Meanwhile melt together (do NOT boil) : 1/2 c. whiskey 1/2 c. sugar Let cake cool for 1/2 hour. Pour 1/3 of sauce on cake. At 1/2 hour intervals pour on remaining sauce, twice. Let sit in pan overnight. |
