SOUTH OF THE BORDER SALAD
DRESSING
 
1/2 c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
2 tbsp. minced green onions
1 tbsp. pickle relish
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
Pinch of garlic powder
Pinch of pepper
Few drops hot pepper sauce

Combine all ingredients except sour cream; mix well. Gently fold into sour cream. Cover and chill at least one hour. Serve over green salad.
