LEMON BREAD 
1 box lemon cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
1/3 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tbsp. poppy seed
1 c. boiling water

Blend well and pour in a greased and floured loaf pan. Poke holes in top with toothpick and brush with glaze.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
